Posted in the wrong forum but I'll try to help.

I found I got the most gains moving from db presses to benching. At my old gym we only had dumbells, and as soon as I moved to my gym now with a bench my chest grew quite nicely. I try to combine mass building with shaping, so I do flat bench with incline db press, along with flyes. I've got a nice seperation in my chest, and it's growing quite nicely. As for training methods, I tend to start with the bar for 30 reps, then bump to 60kg for 2 sets of 12, then I go to 80kg, then 100kg, then sometimes if I'm feeling it I'll go for a PB. Once I've done this I then alternate between doing a 5X5 on 80kg or a 50 rep drop set starting at 60kg and dropping to the bar, 10 reps on each decrement.

One thing I will say is ensure your back is being built at the same rate as your back, or you'll look like a pretty boy.

^^ good advice. I do dips for 3 of my training sessions, mixing wide grip with narrow dip, and it always pumps my chest up. I'll be getting a belt soon to do it weighed too!
