Hi guys bought some quark this morning from tesco. It is 'Meadow Churn' Quark and in a 250g container. It says on the tub, ideal for cooking and baking.

I just wanted to check that I have bought the right stuff, and would it be normal to eat a 250g tub in one go, or maybe just half??

Meadow churn, I was wondering about the cooking and baking thing but had half a tub in a whey shake and its alright. I like the way its slow digesting, perfect for before bed.

I put mine in a chicken tika masala my mother makes with coconut oil. Simply gorgeous mate.

Also as a variation:

Salmon, peanut butter and meadow churn quark on oatcakes.
