Basicly somone I know, (a total idiot by the way), told my mate that he could sleep with my gf any time he wanted. My mate told me but the other guy dosent know that I know what he said.
He rang my gf asking to meet her and she said she was busy and he turned up at her work the next day and she hid in the back when she saw him. Here again she told me all this but the guy has no idea that I know hes trying to meet my gf.
A few days later I was with my gf when the idiot rang her, I heard his voice and she told him to f off. The guy dosent know that I was with her when he tried to ring her.
As a result of this my gf has changed her phone number. But Im still not sure that Im doing the right thing by trying to keep peace by pretending with the guy that I dont know what hes up to. Part of me wants to go streight over to him and ask him why hes trying it on with my gf!
Abit of info about the guy, he trains, hes bigger than me although if I had to then Id fight him. Hes married with a kid although he always brags about how many girls he cheats with weekly. He shags 14 year old and hes 29. Hes very arrogant and nasty and no one likes him. Hes an asylum seeker from Iraq. None of this is made up.
He used to work for my dad but since leaving hes trying to get to me by trying to sleep with my gf. Should I just ignore all this? Or take it up with the guy? Since she changed her number onbviously he cant call but Im worried if he sees her out somwhere.
Another info, while he was working for us some teenagers told me he gave them free chips and I told them hed be sacked then, (even though he wasnt), for a while he wanted to fight with me and ever since then hes held a grudge.

If your GF wants you to step in then do so.... personally I would tell a mutual friend to have a word before he crosses the line

Can't say what you should do, but personally, I'd take it up with the guy.
He's being out and out disrespectful.
If he's a nonce as you say, I'd have even less patience.

So far Ive just pretended not to know anything what hes done. This is a guy who has a baseball bat in his car, I think hes a few pence short of a pound.
Part of me wants to ignore him and hope he will go away and get bored, (to keep the peace), another dosent want to lay down when somone is taking the mick totally.

Well if she doesn't want to meet him, she won't. She has a mind of her own and she seems adamant to not meet him.
Personally I'd kick him around the floor.

I know she dosent like him and isnt a cheat anyway. Thats not my fear. Im just worried that somone would be so disrrespectful and in one way I want to have a word with him, but in another hes crazy and I dont want to make trouble.

I thought of that mate. But hes Kurdish and they have so many different nmaes they give to the cops and they arent afraid of the law. I dont want to get stabbed. I just wish hed vanish.

Size isnt really that much of an issue at all when it comes to a fight, if you can throw a half decent punch you should have him. But yeh first have a word with him and tell him to stop being such a nonce.

i think get a mutual freind to have a word first, maybe then he will get the idea that he is starting to cross the line, if you go and confront him you will probably give him what he wants.

2: gf calls police and reports harrassment (police will visit him at home infront of wifey  )

You wont achieve anything by fighting with him. If anything it will make the situation worse.
Just tell your gf to tell him that if he ever visits her at work, calls her or contacts her in any way again then she will report him to the cops for harassment.
If this doesn't work and he persists then tell the police about what he is doing.
Your not making yourself look weak infront of your gf by not confronting him. Instead your making yourself look the bigger and more mature man by keeping the peace and assisting her in dealing with him through the police etc.

Stay as far as you can. I've had my run ins with Kurds in London... It wasn't pretty.

PErsonally I would spy on him take photos of his cheating etc and send a letter ( Special Del to his wife ) with photos and or Letter telling her what hes been up to.
Other Options are:
1) SSh!t in a bag and wipe it all over his door handel of his house and car just smerr it every where on his house/car.
2) Sh!t and put it through is letter box
3) Do his Car Over
4) Send Empty letters to his house with out stamps on ( He will have to pay to get them )
5) Prank call him 10 times a day
Im very exprecined in the above , Ps if u give me his number i gladdy join in LMAO ;)
