This is just a vague outline of what I've switched too for the last few weeks, and its taken from the basic diet advice sites and threads. I work out in morning, normally after breakfast at the moment. I'm feeling good, certainly a lot better than when I've been eating lots of junk and right now I don't feel too bothered / desperate to go out and eat the junk either - bonus!

I'm just wondering if I'm doing the best thing? I mix up my sandwich choice and evening meal each day so it doesn't really get boring and it feels good to be in an eating routine now rather than just making it up as I go along. The workout routine I'm about to start after a few weeks mixing it up / getting back into things can be found here... http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/fb.asp?m=2712365

Breakfast
Cereal + semi skimmed milk
Fruit Juice
Possible toast or fruit

Mid-morning
2 oatcakes
Fruit

Lunch
Sandwich + salad

Mid-afternoon
2 oatcakes
Fruit

Evening Meal
Varies, includes chicken/fish/meat + rice/paste/potato
Fruit

Evening
3 oatcakes + cheese

I steer clear of tea / coffee and drink plenty of water over the course of the day. I don't, at the moment, do anything special around exercise time sometimes I'll pick up a bottle of the lucozade sport stuff if I feel drained but most of the time just water.

I'm not particularly looking to massively or quickly gain or loose weight either way - long term the idea is to loose the gut and gain some muscles.

So hows that look? Any suggestions?
