What sort of levels do people get down to?

For example, a competing bodybuilder?

A Men's Health cover model?

I'm aiming to get to about 10% this summer, but I'm not really sure what that looks like.

I'm not even sure what I was in avatar (2 years ago when I last cut).

5-8 on stage i think.
Footballers are probably 9-10 perhaps.

Im cutting to around 8%, so i have a nice long lean bulk (Although ill be zigzagging too avoid being a fatty at the end of it ).
I think mens health are probably 7-9% mark, but ive seen some super lean and others not so lean...
I found this page http://www.naturalphysiques.com/cms/index.php?itemid=144
http://www.johnstonefitness.com/ scroll down to see him at 9% ish, he uses calipers/tape measures etc to get that average figure.
http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=31392 quite a few pics too.

R3261 - Caliper measurementsi assume?
Id of estimated lower, 10% perhaps.

My calipers put me 12%, i still have more fat than you on my lower stomach (belly button) and legs (Not much leg definition).
7 and 9 site reading, averaged.

Brittas - I'd say 12% like R32 probably? Do you have similar leg definition as he?

My Avatar pic is 2 years old and I struggle with leg training (long, thin legs), so I don't even know what they looked like.

Ah same, 6ft 2 and legs arn't that great... although with only 1 month training its not suprising (knee injury).

12% i reckon, but we could be way off. Its all relative to goals anyhow, i dont want to go to lean as potential muscle loss and the time to get there just isn't worth it IMO.

To be honest mate, I just want to get back to the shape I'm in over there <<<<<<

Thats nearly 2 years ago and it went a bit downhill after that holiday. I'm about 19% BF at the minute, and it has to go! I'd got 10% as my goal, but I probly don't need to go that low.

Brittas - YEah know the feeling of falling off the wagon mate, been there many times in the time i signed up to MT. Only now am i keep consistency and progressing, leanest and strongest ive ever been. THis games a marathon not a sprint, something i didnt really think about or care about when i was 17/18 sadly

Whats your current weight?
I mean its all relative of course, youll cut untill you get to that picture/appearence but it can be nice to see a goal on black a white text.
Although no doubt when you get that lean youll set a new goal to achieve game never ends!

I just topped 14 stone last week and 19% BF (using the scales at the gym), but I was 13 lb 7 tonight so I've lost a bit already.

I was about 12 st in my avatar.
