Who has a protein shake with them ? - May 16 2008 15:41:05

OK.....does anyone have a protein shake near / on them right now ? Maybe on your work desk, or under the table in a sports bag ? Or maybe you're at home, and you have one in the kitchen ready to go shortly ?
I'll start by saying that mine is a MP WPC80 (2 scoops), with 2 teaspoons of strawberry nesquick, all mixed in my MaxiMuscle shaker (they're the best, aren't they ?) - just about to drink it.
How's about you - what's in yours ????

30 ml liquid egg whites, 100g fine oats, 30ml pomegranet juice, 1 scoop cranberry whey isolate .
just necked it and it was ace..

Do you know - I seriously thought that no-one was going to participate in this post. I didn't think there were any Bodybuilders in General ?

Several in the other halfs house, two in the car and dozens littered around the house. I prefer MRP drinks to bars, but have both.

my kit bag is sitting beside my desk.
In it I have 2 shakers.
1 shaker has 2 scoops ON 100% Whey Strawberry flavour with 2 teaspoons Leucine and 1 teaspoon Glutamine
1 shaker has 4 tables spoons milled oats
I will add water to each shaker and drink the the changing room after training.

1 pint of skimmed milk
