OK im new to this and im trying to sort everything out and looking for help please. Eating wise im sorted iv got that worked out(finaly)!i know im going very wrong on traing.I have no access to a gym as it would take me and hour to get there and an hour back as i work nights, so free weights and bench for the moment. Ok at the moment im doing= mon= squats, bo rows, bench press wed=sl deads, military press, bicep curls(cant do chins because i cant fix a bar in the doorway because its the gf's uni flat and putting blue tack on the walls not even allowed? fri=squats, bo rows, bench press then the next week start with deads and so on. Ok if this routine is **** then say, if not should i add forearm sets to my curl day? Also should i be lifting different weight for each exercise? As much as i can handle for each different exercise? Sorry if this is all a load of crap :)
