yeah chick sandwiches ok, chicken breast tho not that crapy chicken slices, try some cottage cheese, only cheap protein in it, what about nuts you like them? they got protein.
other cereal yeah not as good but be ok, need protein in the morning with it, thats why i said eggs.
and chips are crap source of carbs.

best post your diet in the diet section any you can get more peoples opinions on it, and might get a good idea of something to eat insted of eggs

if you wanna get big you have gotta eat, you will have to take things with you to collage, depends how serious you are about it tho.

cottage cheese, its in a tub.

if your there all day, take some fruit, protein shake, nuts, chicken breast with some carbs bread if you want it on a sandwich.

instead of chips, eat potatos, pasta, or rice good source of carbs

yep it was 5g of the old stuff i had but this new stuff i have is 25g per dose i havent been training long but i was already pretty fit because of sports etc.. im looking ok nothing massive or anything but i have a good shape to be able to work on. why is it hard to be strict at 17 what do you mean?

Eating enough of the right foods and not cheating is pretty hard. Im usually pretty good all week because im in college and take my food but on the weekends I usually hit town and get hammered and eat $hit.

Ir your struggling to eat enough foods maybe try getting some protein bars or MRP shakes and eat/drink them in between lessons? As well before bed you could have a casein blend shake which is slow digesting.

I have a bag of nuts in my bag too so when I eat something I just have a handful of nuts with it too, good fats and boosts up the cals

In the recipe section there are quite a few different types. I've made a few and they were ok. The ones I've bought taste better but I've got to buy all my supps and stuf my self so its cheaper if my parents buy the food and I make them lol.

bars, I'll link you now in a sec to the best one I tried. If you don't like eating alot of foods then I think shakes would be good for you:

like to take to college you could have your chicken sandwiches at lunch

and then at break have a shake which you made in the morning which could be:

tub of quark
2 bananas
handful raspberries
tsb honey
milk
oats

I had this earlier and tasted good; like a smoothie The quark makes it thick and contains like 30g of protein a tub and the rasberries mask the slight tang it usually has.

Check them out, exclude the almonds and I think you will probably like them. You can't really taste the peanut butter.

in the protein bars it is mainly whey protein used with a little bit from food. The shake is all food so is good as you shouldn't really be consuming loads and loads of whey when real food is available.
