Used to have a very similar looking Jack called Jake lol. Really clever and stubborn. Made sure he knew he wasn't allowed to bite/mouth from being a pup and he was a diamond! Taught him allsorts and he's do loads of stuff on command....as long as there was a treat at the end of it No treat....no can do was his attitude!

That's a terrible story but I don't understand why a vet would put down a healthy dog, is the guy telling the truth?

Well done mate for taking a dog on in these circumstances. I've got two rescues and two pups. Got my 'baby' weighed today - 46 kilos and still growing.

Bit of an assumption there, actually. You've only got one side of the story. If you can prove it's truth, though, the RCVN would probably have a thing or two to say about the vet responsible and the police about the chap who asked for it. Some people just make your realise there aren't enough unpleasant diseases in the world. Personally I'd quite like this bloke to catch a nasty case of "Nocturnal 2x4", with complications.

in response to the 'story being true' ness this isnt meant to sound how it probably will but..... I dont care why we have him, just that we have him In relation to vets puttin dogs down, as was said, all the owner has to do is say he bit someone and the vet will do it so.... and thanks for nice comments guys. first night in our house last night and he slept all night-not a peep no mess or nothing

Ahhh he looks so cute, congratulations on the new addition to the family. What sort of person puts an animal down needlessly? He needs putting down more like
