LOL Tony, don't think anyone can be worried about that photo
AK, I compete at a tad over 7st and even though I was intent on not putting on more than a stone after November, I am now just under 10st  .

I am right in assuming that under your fat in the first pic you were actually carrying a decent amount of muscle? Amazing transformation!

Your pics actually inspired my Mrs to start going to the gym some time ago kitty. Not that I thought she needed to lose weight but I've yet to meet a woman who was happy with their physique

Getting heavy between shows obviously works for you though.
Good example for all those trapped in the realms of gaining muscle whilst staying very lean.
