OMG - The hair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OOOPs sorry I forgot we aren't to mention the hair!
Kitty puts in a fantastic amount of work in her comp prep...some of it self imposed but phenomenal Lady! Absolute Pocket Rocket. Love her to bits and watch out in her journal as she'll be coming in BIGGER and BETTER this year!!!!!!!!!!!! xxx She's definitely my inspiration to almost consider competing!

Kitty the Oct '07 pic is amazing I love the face you're making, Levrone used to do that expression and it looks very powerful yet charasmatic as well. Btw when you dieted down for a show, how long did it take you and how much weight did you typically lose?

I used to have it as my avatar for a few weeks but then I got the medal I'm wearing in the one I have now of which I am very proud
Mad Manic, I was singing actually .....I was using a track from an old advert for a bodyspray Limara called "Remember my Name" which the writer and singer Stevie Lange very kindly sent me an MP3 version as you can't buy the track on cd. I think the word forming on my mouth at the time was 'name' which I did with a scowl as you can see  .
I started my diet in March (messed around with it from January) so that was a good 6 months. I lost 3 stone (and am aiming for the same weight loss this year)
Yep Medusa, you tell 'em....it was cool
