Its great to see some transformation pics which pack a punch, amazing - well done that gal, very inspirational.
I still think it was your hair at the NABBA show though Kitty lol and if you'd had the afro then I'd have definitely known it was you.

Wow, I'd never seen the off-season 'before' pic Kitty - stunning transformation.
I have however seen the 80's pic before and have to say that I absolutely LOVE your barnet in that picture - I think you look great with the afro, bring it back!!

Have to say Dawn i have seen your before and after pics but i think they are always inspirational to look at
i do see a big difference between the two comps though, in the 07 one you look far leaner and dryer with what appears to be more lean mass on your frame
Perhaps we should have a section dedicated to transformations so everyone can get some motivation from it, sortve like a hall of fame almost

Seen lots of progress pics on here from members and mods..but Kitty's is deffo one of the top ones in terms of transofmations.......loving the hair, for the love of god, dont grow it back, its not cool its not retro, it was a mistake of the times!

Ive seen the pics before and it proves how much dedication you need to achieve what you want to achieve. As i have said before Kitty, well done and truly inspirational. 
I have to ask...... The age 20 pic with 'the hair', was that your usual fashion, or just for the comps? Strangely i like it.

Yep, I think the 12 months out of comp did me some good. I had not set off with the intentions of doing physique so I felt I needed to get a little more size on as well as harden my condition. I feel I improved each time I stepped on stage last year and that was my 3rd comp with 2 more to go.
Redman....I think it was the fashion....can't really remember. I'd hate to think I'd have that done to my hair if it wasn't
Was showing my old training partner the old photo last night and we had a good laugh about it. She was the one who got me entering the show by saying she was doing one herself so I followed suit......3 weeks into prep she fell pregnant and never made the stage.

The difference between the unflattering off-season pics from Jan 2005 and April 2008 is huge, in a good way.
Yep I squat. I split my legs.
Quads: squats, leg press and leg extensions
Hams/glutes : static barbell lunges (70kg), good mornings/SLDL, leg curls (standing/seated)
I also do hyperextensions when I get the chance
