As the title says, any here from leicester? which gyms do you train at? any one going to the leicester show in sept? think there is one in rugby aswel soon, not to sure on the details. will find out.

I live in Hartlepool at the weekends with the wife and kids and work in leicestershire ,so mon-fri i have a flat in lee circle mate

Was using the Engine room up until recently when I move Ill be buying a Home gym unless the one in Braunstone is nearer to the new house

That gym in Braunstone....if it's the one next to all the footie pitches, opposite the primary school then it's full of tossers.
I worked on the school and all sorts of nobs used to be hanging around outside all day

i trained there when i first started for about 8 months, the 8 foot square they call the 'free weights' area gets overcrowded very quickly and contains nothing more than a smith machine, cables, db's from 2-20kg in 2kg increments and from there 25kg, 30kg and top out at 35kg, one oly bar and 2 benches. i now travel twice the distance to get to the council gym in aylestone which is far better

From Leicester originally, but been down in London since 98, so can't advise on Gyms... Sorry...... Where's the Leic show taking place??

Train at Packup Pete's gym in Loughborough.
I'll defo go to this show if others go....would make for a good meet

Went to Leicester the other day en route to Bruntingthorpe Aerodrome for a supercar driving experience and lets just say it was a experience.....

Was around the city centre mate, by Liquid the club and the bus station was shocking, and thats coming from someone from London!
Further out like Bruntingthorpe and Market Harborough were ok
