Hi im currently trying to loose fat, i do fasted morning light intensity cardio. Could i add HIIT on my off days from the gym to aid fatloss?

you could but if you do it fasted you could also lose some muscle,and your workout wouldnt be as intense.

i wouldnt do the HIIT fasted i would do it in the evening

That's fine, mix up the SS and HIIT. Variety is good. Just follow the correct nutritional protocols and you'll be fine.
