I already perform morning fasted ss cardio 4 times a week, due to circumstance this happens on weight days. I was thinking about throwing in 2 evening sessions of HIIT, is this enough? is it a good idea? and what tips are there for HIIT (i.e. before and after nutrition, time period and time of the day)?

i would be careful with HIIT really as it can hinder your recovery somewhat

i would just extend the length of your existing sessions to an hour for now and work from there

what about doing it 6 times a week instead of 4? or would an hour 4 times a week be mor beneficial? i was under the impression too longer cardio is counter productive

leaves you less room to work with in terms of adjusting

up the existing ones to an hour and dont worry about being counter productive.

As with your other thread on quark, you are thinking too much about this, just do it my man!
