ok guys as far as my diet at home .. well i follow these guidlines "Eat big Eat healthy" and im gaining ok. the question is im a manager at mcdonolds now on my break i normally have 2 peices of quarter punder meat no dressings just well drained meat and a protien shake with cycle insurance, btw im currently bulking. LOL erm sorry about that my question is how bad is eating this meat? other than it being red meat.
