ok guys as far as my diet at home .. well i follow these guidlines "Eat big Eat healthy" and im gaining ok.

the question is im a manager at mcdonolds now on my break i normally have 2 peices of quarter punder meat no dressings just well drained meat and a protien shake with cycle insurance, btw im currently bulking.

LOL erm sorry about that my question is how bad is eating this meat?
other than it being red meat.

McDonalds is not good - it's poor quality meat and may contain damaged fats

Surely if your the manager then you should have some idea of the quality of meat you use.
