Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

So far I've made good progress losing 12Kg since January. Mainly through lots of cardio, 30-45 mins a day steady state cardio, 6 times a week. Also by changing my eating habits. I don't eat complex carbs during the week except for a small amount of bread with my meal. I eat really clean too.

Thing is, my weight and measurements have remained constant for the last three weeks. Up to now I've been losing about 1kg a week.

Any recommendations? I don't want to do more cardio to be honest and I also don't think I can get away with eating any less...

Thanks.

Cheers for replying everyone.

You're going to slate me for my diet Bear in mind I'm not cutting, I'm trying to get to a lean base asap to start bulking.

This is also going to sound really vague... I'll list what I ate yesterday for an example. Most days are similar.

Fri
8.00 - Large size bowl of muesle (sp.) + yoghurt (normal size pot) + handful of strawberries and honey + milk. (really nice all mixed together ).
13.00 - 150g cod filet + 2 x small pieces of bread + small fruit salad.
18.00 - handful of nuts
19.30 - TRAINING
21.00 - 150g of steak + mixed salad.
22.00 - handful of nuts.

Training is as follows.

Mon - Chins/Lat Pulldowns x 4 sets, Inc DB Press x 4 sets, Squats or Deadlifts x 4 sets + 30 mins cardio.
Tue - 45 mins cardio.
Wed - As Monday.
Thu - As Tuesday.
Friday - As Monday.
Saturday - As Tuesday.
Sunday - Rest.

On Saturday and Sunday I add about 150g of pasta to my diet both days.

I'm really committed to doing this, but if I have to do more cardio....

By the way, the nuts are a new addition to the diet to get some more fats in. Could this be it?
I was 101.5kg in January, I've been stuck at 91kg now for 3 weeks.

Thanks.

that diet is terrible

More protein needed, less fats, more omega 3's needed

whens the last time you had a cheat/treat?

dont like the routine one bit, i think its time for a change to a 3 day split or 3 day full body and to incorporate Tabata or circuit training on your off days

Really? Just from 2 handfuls of nuts I'm getting too much fat? I thought I was doing the right thing by adding them in.

TBH mate, I know it's not a cutting diet but what you're saying is that this is what I should follow even if it amount to more calories in? I've looked at cutting diets on here and if I follow one I'll be eating a lot more calories.

About the training, I do the minimum weights possible to give me more time on cardio. Again, do you recommend I reduce cardio and focus more on weights?

Cheers for your help bud.
