ORIGINAL: nunchaku1986 not reading anything at the moment.but i will be buying the new encylopedia of modern bodybuilding-arnold schwarzenegger.should be a good read Good read as its got some nice pics but in terms of improving BB'ing performance I found it useless. Money much better spect elsewhere I found. Currently reading The Bonfire Of The Vanities by Tom Wolfe. Incredible read.

ORIGINAL: LewyOs ORIGINAL: Power Junkie Instant Confidence by Paul McKenna. Any good? It's a bit visualise-state-the-obvious so far, but I'll stick with it. It comes with a CD that's supposed to help re-programme the subconcious mind. I've yet to try the CD out but I'm thinking of sticking it my Sony Bean and listening to it while I doze off in bed. I also love the way people are listing highbrow intellectual fodder. Sod that. I've got my Fletch novels to work through at the same time and they'll be swiftly followed by my Mr Men books. Mr Bump rules.

I read that from the library (Paul Mckenna) and it seemed that he had copied it from another. I also have the I can make you thin cd and book and once again it seems he has just did the same there. Must admit I did enjoy the read though

It was a present. I didn't buy it. Honest! Actually, the girl I've just split up with bought it for me (the little joker) and all of the books that I want to read are with her.

Just finished 'Carved In Bone' - Jefferson Bass.Novel that is similar to Patricia Cornwell. In fact the author is a real life Forensic Anthropologist and was the guy that opened the real life 'Body Farm' research unit in Tennessee. Just started 'Don't Stop Me Now' - Jeremy Clarkson. His books crack me up.We have a very similar sense of humour and love of 70's Rock music!.

last, darwins black box-micheal behe. I would say you owe it to yourself to read an alternative viewpoint such as 'Darwin's Dangerous Idea' by Daniel Dennett, as Behe is not a respected scientist and his work is massively skewed by his religious beliefs.
