Non training related was to get a graduate job - that was the biggy so pleased ive done that.

Didnt have any clear training goals apart from add mass which I have been doing. Think I need to evaluate my training golas and get specific.

heat induced utricia

whats that?

not 100% sure that it is that but i was getting a really itchy head when i got warm (running, training, etc) im talking like the itchiest head you have ever had, it got that bad that i had to stop mid-set very often as it was that bad that it could not be ignored
luckily i train at home so i could put some frozen peas on my head or stick it under the cold tap
this would give relief for a few seconds before the itchiness came back

i think i am clear now (been off the roacutane for about a month) but if it had continued i would have given up training

it also really got me down as it added to my other problems at the time

Seeing as were almost half way into the new year, what were the goals you set yourselves this year and so you think youre on target to achieving them?

If not what do you think is holding you back?

I set a couple goals. One in terms of business sales, which we're 80% of the way to achieving (which is good because it's only May), and some others in regards creating extra time.

Both are going very well, mostly due to writing them out and sticking them on the wall, and making sure both were measurable. It makes it much simpler if they never leave your mind, and you can check your progress in some statistical fashion.

some loose goals for me:

5. 5 minute headstand up to 3 mins

Meh! Walkin in the park Just remember to find the flat bit and sink into it, stick out your bottom and arch your lower back - Like sitting on an upside down chair. Also straddling your legs will help in widening your base of support and bringing your Center of gravity lower for extra balance. Practice holding them 1 handed and with finger tips only so you ensure your weight is distributed over your head/neck and not your arms.

If you want I can give you futhur tips to get the buggers spinning

Excaly whey are you doing them Boar?

I dont know why i like doing headstands ,but i do !!

i tend to just do the straight up in the air type , balance is perfect ,arms seem to wither first.

if i end the year as a judo blue belt i will litrally run up my road with only the belt to cover my modesty (i will need to use the 280cm one )
