practice cut down for comp next year....... slightly lighter than usual at the moment, need to drop about 2 stone before year is out

Ive totally changed my goals recently.

Some of them will soon be:

do 1 planche push up
do 1 ring muscle up
do 1 front lever
do 1 arm push up
do 1 arm pull up
do 1 handstand pushup

I want to do my first bbing show near the end of the year, aiming for 14-15 Stone 8-7% at 5,8.
