Some infomation on Genetics and muscle physiology (not very useful in day to day chat) and access to scientific papers not available normally, but I'm more here to expand my knowledge on training and diet. Some great advice on here!

I also had an altercation with the coffin at the same funeral, although it didn't look like a coffin to me. An easy mistake to make in my opinion.

Some help on training and diet on progress journals section. Support, advice and a listening hear, or on this case, eyes, to all that need and feel down for some reason.

Do my best to be honest and straightforward with my opinions.

Basically i bring me and my personality to MT and i've been helped many times by some excellent members in all matters.

this kinda leads off from the thread about what we all do for a living.

I bring lots of questions that any new trainer brings but i attempt to add a bit of humour.
In return i welcome any questions from people about subjects i know.
