Nothing other members can't tell about diet and exercise. However, I have knowledge of other various things to share if needed - Some 2D and 3D design programs, computer hardware advice, love advice, (****)advice to deal with confrontations, general computer **** and **** jokes.

some interesting responses, i realised i posted it then went to work so was a bit paranoid it was going to be locked in an "answer my question" scandal or people would think there was an ulterior motive i was just curious as to what peoples responses would be i personally have spent most of my time in general, in my last re-incarnation i rarely popped into general and spent a large amount of my time in 'bodybuilding routines' and 'progress journals' i however have not set a journal up on here again, i do pop in peopels everynow and then (you know who you are ) and am hoping to do so more often, but have been staying out of the other forums unless i spot a post i know about

I know a bit about drugs and medicines, and the things I say about these subjects will generally be backed by research and/ or experience, rather than just made up on the spot. So I bring this to the forum Also my charmingly drunken ramblings get the occasional LOL, though only rarely a LMAO, I have to admit

some members seem to be forgetting some of their key attributes, one example is drab4, now i will overlook the fact that he is not technically a 'member' but is more of a moderator, i will let this slide however one of his principle attributes is his knowledge of the animal kingdom and all things animals imo

just edit his posts with schoolboy errors thereby making him look a fool, a damn fool on the animal kingdom front something like original poster - "how many legs does an ant have"? erekose - snakes are reptiles (edited Drab4) should work
