with a proper grip as well

i'm at about 134kg with a reverse grip for 6 so nowhere near 272kg for 1

General drunkedness, very biased football banter, car advice which is useless as everyone seems to be getting ripped off so prices wont be mentioned anymore, disgust at not being able to train and as time goes on some hernia advice...

This is something I have quite strong opinions on

Some members would probably be alarmed if you suggested that MT is not simply a place for them to showcase their 'vast' knowledge - Throwing crumbs of 'enlightenment' to those less knowledgable members ....

IMO we are all here on equal terms , we should all be looking to learn from each other rather than elavating particular members to 'guru' status simply because they talk a lot - remember empty vessels make the most noise !
