What kind of events do you do in grip strength comps,any youtube vids?

I've always watched strongman from a kid and do have an interest in these kinda stuff, first time i had ever heard of grip strength comps though was when i read one of your posts on here.

I dunno about that but am impressed by Mark Felix's world record rolling thunder. Another, who on a good day is world class, is our very own MT member (Table Tennis) and Whey Gym's Laurence Shahlaei. Lozza has an unofficial 111+ kilos two hand pinch.

maybe get someone to type for you though so we can all decipher it


edit - put invloves instead of invloved i now realise it probably doesnt invlove a lot (ie shop openings)
