What kind of events do you do in grip strength comps,any youtube vids?
I've always watched strongman from a kid and do have an interest in these kinda stuff, first time i had ever heard of grip strength comps though was when i read one of your posts on here.

I dunno about that but am impressed by Mark Felix's world record rolling thunder. Another, who on a good day is world class, is our very own MT member (Table Tennis) and Whey Gym's Laurence Shahlaei. Lozza has an unofficial 111+ kilos two hand pinch.

nice one, i'll be interested to learn what being grip champion invloved
maybe get someone to type for you though so we can all decipher it
edit - put invloves instead of invloved i now realise it probably doesnt invlove a lot (ie shop openings)

Videos - I hope so too. I usually take tons of photos at such events but not when I am taking part - then I'm 100% focused on the job, pun intended, 'in hand' ahem
