I think my next project will be to build/make/find some straps for a 'jungle gym' as seen in the L pike sits vid ,looks brutality

however, im off to watch the knees to elbows vid again.

Ive got some gymnastic rings from the US in the home gym. Cost about £60 quid. Have em slung over a BB on the highest setting on the rack and do dips/l-sits on them.

I just use those padded push up bars you can get from argos for my L-sit ups. They mean that you always keep at 90 degrees as anything higher and your feet touch the floor.

See BMANS link it would be easy to get some chains and I dont reckon obdaining some sort of handles would be hard either.
