Have you got an exercise ball? Or an ab wheel? Or a sofa?

Got a sofa! lol :) Is there some way I can use the sofa to work my abs? Investing in an exercise ball in a few weeks though.

Of course theres a way. Put your feet under it and crunch. you could also do some reverse crunches for the lower abs ( although lower and top abs cant be seperated)

I've been doing this one a while and it works! (I have an ab wheel too) I do it straight after my leg workout at the gym, and then have a PWO shake after. I do it twice a week. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=IOri5Tlm23c&feature=related Make sure you put 100% in and you will get a 6 pack out :D

They seem good, I never use the base of the couch for grip, I feel I get more from having my hands flat on the floor, also my mam would kill me if I put my legs of the back of the couch like that :P
