Tonight i'm training for chest and I have a cheap bench from argos that has a flat possition and 2 incline possitions. One is around 25-30 degree's and the other is much higher, more like 50 degree's. Which would be better for incline bench press? Also any general tips on dumbell flys for working the centre of the chest would be appreciated. I've been doing them, but not feeling the burn on the chest. Thanks in advance! Tom

Ok great! Thanks. Any tips on how to get flys to really work the centre of the chest?

Personally, I'd go for the 25-30degree incline. Up to you, but I find too high works a lot of front delts.

Ah right. Well i'll give it a play with a wide grip on the bar and see which works best.

How about just doing 1 or 2 sets on each incline, problem solved. No.
