Well looks like I will take the plunge and go with my first cycle, like a kid with a big toy Eh !!

. Have put some words below on what I will be doing and why and the plan is to start the cycle Monday next week.
Will just give my starting stats now and try and update at the end of the cycle before PCT starts. Will be using Epistane, and have two cycle options, 4 or 5 week Epistane cycle but will review and see how I react. Will be using Nolva for PCT but have Clomid to hand as well.
Stats at the moment:
Height = 5’ 8’’
Weight = 68Kgs
BF% = 14.5 (approx, according to scales)
Age = 46 - yeah forget the Zimmer-Frame jokes
Training, will be doing a 4 day split with 3 days off/week. Have not put my schedule in but if anyone wants to see it will do so. Basically will be doing the below & cardio two days a week:
Monday - Chest/Biceps/Abs
Tuesday - Back/Hamstrings
Thursday - Delts/Traps/Triceps/Abs
Friday - Quads/Glutes/Calves
Have been training for the past two years and I feel that I fall in the hard-gainer profile, and would like to put on some good quality muscle. Granted you will put on some fat but want to try and keep this down to a minimum. My diet at the moment is ok (I think) and every Sunday is my eat-what-I-want day, otherwise I would go fecking mad. This is what my diet comes to at the moment (aprox), any ideas will this be ok for this cycle.
Calories = 2750
Protien = 230gm
Carbs = 300 gm
Fats = 45gm
Epistane (4 week)
Week 1 - 20mg each day
Week 2 - 20mg each day
Week 3 - 30mg each day
Week 4 - 40mg each day
Epistane (5 week)
Week 1 - 20mg each day
Week 2 - 20mg each day
Week 3 - 30mg each day
Week 4 - 30mg each day
Week 5 - 30mg each day
PCT:
Clomid:
Day 1 - 150mg ED
Day 2-10 - 100mg ED
Day 11-21 - 50mg ED
or
Nolvadex:
Day 1 - 60mg ED
Day 2-10 - 40mg ED
Day 11-21 - 20mg ED
Supplementation
3 days prior - Liv 52 & Pro Liver (throughout the cycle including PCT).
Along side PCT, use CISSUS-Drol to help boost testosterone as try keep as much muscle possible that I have gained.
Additional:
Pre-Workout - BCAA/Leucine (2:1:1 ratio), CEE, AAKG & Glutamine
Post-Workout - BCAA/Leucine (2:1:1 ratio) & Glutamine
Multivitamin, Glucosamine (morning & evening)
Vitamin C
Another supplement that I will include is Ecdysterone (ECDY), a lot of people say this a waste of space/time BUT I have made some good progress from it. The sort of dosage I was doing was starting off @ 0.5gm per day and then over “say†a 6 week period/cycle, pyramid up to 2.5gm/day (spread evenly) - the gains I achieved over a 6 week period was about 4lbs.
ECDY, does require high protein input so with opting for Epistane (which I believe is best with high protein and low carbs), am wondering what will happen !!
OBTW, saw a reply/post early on with regards to Gyno & PCT saying that a SERM is not really necessary unless Gyno symptoms occur, an if symptoms do occur then Yes you need to start Nolva immediately. As far as I understand then using a SERM in PCT is crucial to prevent Gyno starting/occurring - am I wrong. My question what is correct now !! Excuse my ignorance here and no offence intended to anyone etc….
What sort of gains could I make in total !!
