What times are you open on Saturday and Sunday?

Also I know this is a silly question could I bring my son Joe with me as I dont see him often and wants to see what happens in a gym(he's ten years old)

A few of us have memorized all 23 letters of the alphabet. Any words up to four letters we can pretty much take in our stride.

Craig we're open 10am - 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays 11am - 2pm. Your lad is welcome to come along but please make sure he's not running all over the place as anything could happen and we don't want him to get hurt....so a kind of 'sit-stay' command is a must. If we're not there just let Stewart our weekend lad know that we said it was ok for you to bring him in....in fact if there are a few of you we might pop in for a watch There's nowt like watching men move big weights

Had a cracking time on Saturday.

Paul and Elfintan made us more than welcome.

Me,Andy,Pete and Joe were just doing some rack pulls and a bit of leg work. We did more chatting and taking the mickey than anything else. All four of us were just giggling like hell and getting some funny looks from the other lads that were training! Didn't think they knew who we were and what the hell we was doing there!

Then off to an all you can eat chinese with the lads and my boy mini me(Joe). He enjoyed himself and was asking questions all the way back home.

Andy and Joe. I am back up North in August and was looking at getting together again on Sunday 17th if ok with you.
Like you said. You may open your place that day and have another get together. Maybe make a day of it again and get some more guys down there.Shawn (evertonfc) do you fancy coming over with some of your lot?

Just a quick update.

Trained at Olympic gym and Paul had a new elanko bar with knurls the size of mountains. Wreaked my hands no end.

Went training last night and the 140kg farmers ripped off one of the calusses(segg) on my left hand. Send Little A a picture of it and got nothing but abuse back.

The calusse was the size of a 50 pence piece.

Is was a Texan Power Bar (probably still is to be honest). LittleA is a cruel man with a cold, black heart of flint. if you were to post the pics on here i am sure sympathy would come gushing in
