Did you create that routine yourself based upon what equipment you have at your disposal?

Do you have access to a gym?

The routine looks a little random and somewhat constrained.

Some of the things I like are a few of the exercise selections. Squats, Bench, military and cleans. All good in my opinion, its just the split seems a little higgledy piggledy.

The routine is based on equipment I currently have access too yeah. Don't have access to the gym for some time now, but I do have a fair few home gym types of equipment.

How would you work the split? I want to hit my abs, chest, legs, shoulders and arms ...... :)
