Creatine Ethyl Ester - 23 May 2008 20:17
I've been advised on using CEE, particulary Alri CR2, has anyone used CEE and have you had any good results? If not is there any other creatine products out there you recommend woth a suitable price tag.
Thanks

Waste of money IMO - never really noticed a difference between this and mono.

I've used several types of creatine.

I get nothing from mono, unless taken with vast amounts of low GI carbs. I like CEE, and respond very well to that, as well as Magnesium Creatine Chelate, and Creatine Gluconate.

If you don't respond to mono, I would try CEE, as if you're anything like me you'll find that better. ALRI Cr2 gets a good write up, and reviews, so would be as good a choice as any in terms of a CEE product.

Just ordered 300g of mono for an 8 week trial, just realised something aswell. It says you have to be over 18 to use the product etc, is this absolutely nescesary? Im 17 and I think that it isnt gonna make a difference. So will this be ok?

Thanks

Currently using Myprotein's CEE with my cycle stack, gives me lots of energy and lasting stamina in the gym, taking Mono after I finish my session.

Taking both for me works wonders!

Tried CEE before after hearing and reading about it apparent benifits but didnt see much difference from Mono, so i stick to mono now as its cheaper and seems to have the same effect
