theres a technique on frame carry with your wrists, when you grip handles twist your wrists inwards then grip and stand up, your wrists will straighten out and your grip will last much longer!!!
on the stone roll it onto one hand on the floor then push your other hand under it, if you got long enough arms you can inter lock your fingers, but if tacky allowed just use hands to grip it
axle, havent practised that one yet
havent practised draging one either, just going to lean forward as much as possible or backwards if pulling it
