New Journal for me.....been thinking about it for a while but I've now been threatened with violence if I don't do it tonight by fellow Mt member TONY...he's a c.unt!!!!

My lifts aren't great

210kg dead
155kg squat
120kg bench

I am currently
34
13.5 stone
5' 8" (maybe 7 inches)

Been lifting for around two years and am pretty sure I could beat my 1rm's but I don't really go in for them tbh.

I should have some vids of my garage gym done soon and some lifts too....if I can be arsed like.

started at a drug and alcohol savaged 9.5 stone at 30 ish mate....I wish I had some pics but I have none. I was also (before my going off the rails) a runner so I always had a small frame

I've gone from I suppose 10" arms to 16.5 (bulked)

People who haven't seen me for ages are gobsmacked tbh....If I took this thing seriously I reckon I could do well.
