in general i would say i dont respond positively to stimulants but i do respond a lot to depressants.
it might explain why i did not feel any buzz or energy at all from this product. i cant say i got "pumped" either, i was definatley less pumped on the curls than i normally am.
but there is a lot of benefits to be had, i dont like feeling "stimulated" anyway so i wasnt too bothered about that.
through the session id say i had more strength because i added weight at much larger intervals than usual and managed a lot more weight. i think i added over 10kg to bent over bb rows and 5kg to my decline bench. the best way to describe it was feeling more "at one" with the iron, i could utilise the muscle more and the iron felt like it was part of me. i was also recovered in half the time as usual although i did sweat a lot more.
thats the best way to explain it anyway!
