Training Form - 02 June 2008 20:10
Hi all

Just got a few questions about my form while lifting.

BB Row - Should the shoulders remain fairly still during the lift or should i let them hunch forward at the bottom and pin back when lifting the weight?

Bench Press - Should my lower back be totally flat on the bench or is it ok to have it lifted slightly off? I find when my chest is pushed out n shoulder blades are flat on the bench that there is a gap under my lower back.

bb row, go by how comfy you are, i have tried both ways and find no problem

bench press is fine with an arch, will able you to lift more...

My lower back tends to arch quite a bit when benching. Would of though it was suposed to, if your pushing your chest out and keeping your shoulders flat on the bench.

For BB rowing, i tend to do what i find, feels best.
