Hi all

Sorry if this is a strange question, but its one I have to ask

Basically, I have just started taking ephedrine and caffeine...not apsirin (yet) I am use efedrin arsan, as recommened by several people, well basically took half 1 tablet so 25mg and one 200mg caffeine tablet yesterday...and to be honest didnt feel any different, I mean I was thinking I would feel a buzz, as others have mentioned

So, today I thought, I would just have a whole tablet, took it at 7:15 am...and could feel my heart rate was up, at various times of the day, it seemed in "bursts" rather than constant, felt hotter than usual...but that could be down to working i kitchens, and I did have a dry throat..

But, I neved had anything to suggest a rush of energy or anything, does this make sense? or am I looking for too much? I just expected with 50mg epedrine and 200mg caffeine, I shouldnt be able to sit down lol

Maybe I am wrong, so thought would ask some more educated people


Just for your info, I am taking ephedrine for fat loss, cant go to gym untill a few more days as I have a minor injury...but started taking beforehand to get in to a rotuine

Probably. Just should feel more alert, a sense of focus. You may notice the effects more when doing cardio as you should see a performance benefit.

tbh I'm quite an Eph connoiseur. I like good Eph and at the height of a cycle I could be doing 200 - 300mg ed for a while.... not that that's a good thing and I'm actually not trying to boast or anything.

The point I want to make is, I got some Arsan a few weeks ago and used them for the first time. 1 tab with 200mg caff knocked my socks off.

I do know that there are fake Arsan around.

It's still sold OTC in many pharmacy's in Turkey, but I'm told that it's not uncommon for them to sell fake Arsan to "tourists"

thanks for the replies guys.... pehaps I am just being paranoid then, I do feel, my heart rate increase from time to time and get a dry throat...sometimes my hads shake a little but nothing major..I am guessing these are all some of its side effects that show its working..

I cant judge it from perfomance as such yet, as I metnioned I havent been at gym while taking, but will soon see how/if it helps.... I was just expecting a big energy rush and didnt get one, but thats probably my own misconception, I also have to say, my appetite has seemed to decrease from the same day of 1st taking it..

Out of interest though, I know normally people take 30mg roughly per serving 2-3 times a day.. is there anything wrong with taking 50mg twice a day? Or is 100mg daily likely to be too much for you?

It's far from unheard of, especially from those with high tolerance levels.

i could feel it with only 12.5mg Eph and 200mg caffeine. 50mg at once would have me bouncing off the walls i bet! I got Mega Pro Vasopro. Seems like its pretty good.

It sounds like you are really quite sensitive to the effects, as I am.

1 * 18mg eph + 150mg caffeine per day is normally sufficient for me for at least for the first 2 or 3 weeks

yeah I don't feel a rush or anything, just a little edgy. 25mg + 200mg Caffeine 3 per day is more then enough for me.

Major side effect for me is dry mouth, no matter how much water I drink, my mouth feels always dry. Bugs the hell out of me.

If anyone cares, I read that Poliquin believes you don't need much ephedrine to stimulate fat loss. 8mg is all he recommends.

As with others, I don't get a huge kick, sometimes I feel barely anything and can be asleep half an hour later LOL, but I still find it effective.

lol glad to see I am not the only one what doesnt feel any energy rush then, I thought I must be abnormal or something.

well, I guess it is working then, as I have had a really dry throat all day, was working pretty quick too and again my appetite has decreased.... I think ECA must give you some crash energy in the sense that I am normally feeling pretty alert until about 4-6pm after taking it at about 6-7am
