Another 'Is my diet ok' post (sorry!)
-
09 June 2008 14:05
Afternoon all. I've been plotting and planning my current diet for a couple of days, this is based around my availiable training times, the plan below would be based on a typical training day. My stats are, 20 years old, 82kgs, 5 foot 11 and 18% BF (Most is around the belly!) My aim is to Bulk for a good couple of years. From my stats would you say i'm underweight? I deffently feel it. I've Never done any serious dieting, ever. I've always stuck to a rubbish filled diet so this is going to be very interesting for me. I'm excited, but at the same time a little taken back by the amount, ok here goes. 7:00am 4 Whole eggs, 2 slices of wholemeal bread, 4 cod liver oil caps. Apple. Or 150g oats, SS milk, handful nuts and seeds, 4 cod liver oil caps, apple. 10:00am 1 tin of tuna, 2 slices of wholemeal bread, low fat mayo, 1:00pm 100g brown rice, 1 chicken breast, curry sauce(is that wise?) with mixed veg. Or 1 1/2 Tin tuna, 120g pasta, pasta sauce 3:00pm same as above 6:00pm Train. 6:40pm 50g Whey 7:00pm This meal varies to what my partner has aswell, But it still suits well. Example; Pork or Lamb or Turkey or Chicken. Rice, Pasta, Potatoes and Every known vegetable to man kind. 9:00pm 100g Cottage cheese and 4 oat cakes. 10:30pm 30g whey and Bed.
