Weak Point Training - 11 June 2008 13:36
Hey guys,

Been cutting for 13 weeks now and dropped 34lbs but now I am shaping up I have noticed 2 major weak areas in my physic which I plan to address when I go back into clean bulk mode after the summer.

The first is my upper chest so any routine or exercise suggestions to develop that would be great the second is the outer head of my biceps and the peak, I have plenty of inner bicep mass so again exercises or suggestions to develop outer head and peak would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks

I do both incline dbell press and incline smith machine press as part of my standard chest workout.

Also do alternate dumbell curls, close grip straight bar curls and have started using the rope emphasizing on the twist of the wrists at the end of the movement to hit the outer head.

drop set your incline chest and try hammer curls for outer head mate. give those a go. these are the two exercises that got me past my weak point. takes a bit of time though, just stick with it. let us know how you get on.

Forget the outer head this and that. Just continue to put the weight and muscle on. Judging by your photo you have a solid build so keep doing what you have been doing and av at it!
