Post your pics and tips - 11 June 2008 13:44
This is me 3 months ago. im still having trouble building my chest up and biceps and as you can see my 6 pack is no where to be seen but im striving on for a better phyisical appearance. after ive been training a year i will post again with hopefully a new better look.

Any tips please post and also post you pics from when you started to now.

A physique will take years (3+) to build, so keep at it and you'll gradually transform.

I dont have any pics from when i started but i can tell you i was 9.5 stones and very slim and now im 11.4 stones 2 years onwards.

Yeah mate as already said just start a journal, you'll get some good advise. Even if at first you don't think it'll help trust me, these guys are big for a reason... take there word for it :D

TheFirm: Hi, i do train my back but i have to take it very slowly as my center back is very weak and if i pull it again there will be no training for me for at least 3 weeks to a month. it happened to me twice now and all i was doing was washing the car lol. im trying to strenghten my back before i build it up so any tips for that will be great!

skinnyasian: Hia, i will post my routine up very soon as it does need ripping into by you guys. diet im still working on as im not very good with stuff like that. im a big junk food fan but thats changing.

Also can someone explain to me what raw eggs are doing exactly. i drink a couple a day after training.
