Hi

Reading FLEX every month they always seem to supplement their training programmes/diets with L-Cartine and Forskolin and Caffiene etc..normally to be taken with breakfast, before/post training.

Can anyone point me in the direction of suppliers for the above? Does it come in powder form and/or tablets-capsules??

Dose is about 250mg 2x per day, more info here www.forslean.com L-Carnitine is available almost anywhere, doses commonly used in scientific studies is 3grams.

Forskolin is found in a fair few supplements which are getting good feedback lately, so it sounds like a good compound to me. You can buy the raw ingredient on Nutraplanet for quite cheap though..it's a US site but still works out cheaper than buying in the UK. The second link has some caffeine and ALCAR on.
