Q about order of Exercise - 11 June 2008 14:37
Just a quickie on chest day i do :

Incline Barbell Bench Press
Flat Barbell Bench Press
Dips
Tricep Extention

In that order i find Flat Bench is lacking, Would doing it like

Incline Barbell Bench Press
Tricep Extention
Flat Barbell Bench Press
Dips

Would that help chest giving it a mini brake before next Exercise?

Regards

Keep your compound movements before the isolations.

If you do tricep work before all your bench work is done - your tri's will give out before your chest.

Looks fine to me - you might want to switch incline & flat around with the original one as your delts will get a pummeling from incline benching and make it harder to flat bench effectively.

I would do flat first as its like the big compound for chest. Want to be lifting as big as possible on it!
Age- 18, 6ft

Bench - 130kg x1
Squat - 180kgx2
Dead - 180kg x2

Id go with the first. I always like doing compounds first at the start of my workout and finshing of with the smaller muscle group of the day at the end.

This is what i have always practice,

But i watched this video today http://youtube.com/watch?v=qODBOJBBLWE

Personally i would do it like this:

Dips
Flat Barbell Bench Press
Incline Barbell Bench Press
Tricep Extention

Dips is a big exercise that will use most energy, second to that will probably be flat bench.

always do the bigger exercises first, when i train back dead lift is my first exercise, when i train legs squatting is the first.
