Have a look around these flash highstreet brands are not always the best value.

Essentially, the diet is just a plug for the Promax product and as Bigtime, much better ways to do it. Now with PM's enabled!

Adam,

Have a look over in diet and nutrition, and follow any of the meal plans that looks manageable to you. The important thing is that you can stick to the plan; that's the diet that'll work for you.

The link you were directed to above is fine, but I'd add the caveat that you should probably ignore the info past 3pm, as you're in for the long haul, and don't need to lose / replace weight in a day.
