Hi Folks,

I've got permission from James to post this message.

I'd like to invite you all to try out a website:
www.bodydaemon.com

The site allows you to log workouts, keep a food diary, track your body, injuries, goals, create reports, and lots more. You can also update your journal from our FaceBook application, and a mobile version will be available very soon allowing you to record workouts/food from anywhere.

Everything is 100% free.

If this looks familiar, it's a new, much-improved version of musclejournal, which quite a few MT members were using :-)

To give an idea of what the site is about, here is a member's journal:
www.bodydaemon.com/journals/jim.html

I'd love to hear what you all think. If you have any comments or suggestions, drop me a message here, or on my bodydaemon journal!

Cheers
Jim

oops! well spotted!

it should indeed be letting you use that. to be honest, i'm a little embarrased that one slipped through the net!

by 6pm tonight you'll be able to use your username :-)

i noticed you'd joined as 1manriot - do you want me to rename your account to 1MR?

Cheers
Jim

I'm a member, really good tool. Love the way it summarises up your total etc... Covers everything from training, nutrition and even your mood if you start up your blog.

Not used it so much recently as training has been slack but will definitely be using this again once I'm running a routine.

sorry for bumping this, but i wanted to mention the site now allows personal trainers etc. to update journals of clients. on the site i've called this 'coaching', you can find an FAQ within the journal section of how it works, but basically:

- someone agrees to 'trust' you
- you can then update their journal and create workout routines, meal plans, goals etc.
- you can see their stuff even if they've made it private.

so if any of you are personal trainers / physiotherapists this could be very useful to you! if anyone tries it and has problems, give me a shout.

cheers
jim
