I think ill change SLDL for lyling leg curls. (I WOULDN'T) The only thing about frankies routine is it can be spread out a little which is good as interfearance from wotrk etc which means no guarantee of definately getting training but with Frankies it can be fitted in. I thought I had diet pretty mutch sorted (ive posted it below), ive been gaining weight steadily for a while im about 11st 5 started at around 10st 8 my aim is to hit at least 12 & 1/2 stone wihch i think is good weight for my height at 6ft 1. Accordiing to my digital scales my bopdy fat is quite low but I do medium cardio, mainly walking the dog for about 20 - 25 mins every evening. DIET 8.00 am - Whole meal toast 2 slices & 2 poached eggs & protein shake or 2 wheatabix & banna & protein shake (UP THE CARBS) 10.30 am - chicken breast in pitta with salad & sauce to flavour 1 PITTA? IF SO UP THE CARBS) 1pm - about 150grams pasta with chicken and bacon or past with tin of tuna mixed through, cup of coffee. (ADD SOME VEG) 4.30 pm dineer usually what rest of family are haveing steak or chops or minced beaf, 2 potatos, peas carrotts and gravy (NOT MUCH U CAN DO ABOUT THIS THEN/JUST TRY AND EAT SENSIBLY I'M SURE U KNOW WHAT'S GOOD AND WHAT'S NOT BUT EVERYTHING IN MODERATION ANYWAY!) 6.30 half protein shake (DOUBT U NEED THIS BUT IF IT'S ONLY 1/2 A SHAKE IT DOESN'T REALLY MATTER, YOUR CALL!) then training then full potein shake straight after (WHAT'S IN THE SHAKE?) within 1 hr of training a tin of oily fish on wholemeal bread or in pitta pockets with salad and a good portion of pea nuts/nuts and raisans 9.30 or so wheatibix or fruit and fibre with a banana and maybe pot of dessert rice or so.
