Bit of an odd question, but as the title says. Does anyone know how big 1 lb of fat is.

Around the same size as 389g of pure lard you buy in the shops a pound of bodyfat isnt the same as a pound of lard because bodyfat contains water and takes around 3500 kcals to produce 1lb of bodyfat whereas 1lb of lard is 4086kcals

Density of fat is around 0.9g/cm3. 1 pound = 454g Therefore: 1 pound of fat is approx 409cm3
