How to....?

Hi ladies and gents, I was looking to make my own beef burgers; has anyone got a basic recipe/method for doing this? Is it just plain mince, or does it have egg, etc in for the binding? I will make variations on the theme once I have the basics down. Thanks in advance, MT

I just take the mince out of the packet, shape it into burgers and slap em on the george foreman for 10 mins Basic but it works!
And Robert is most definately your mothers brother

you can use an egg, i usualy beat an egg and use that to bind the mince, i add onions, lea n perrins, bit of salt bit of pepper, bbq spices, lush!

I dont find you acyually need an egg to bind the meat, ive tried both ways but i didnt find it any easier. If thats not what you mean why not poach an egg and put it in the burger seperate to the beef
