check my diet please - 11 June 2008 17:44
Thought id just get your opinions on this diet. Any suggestions/comments will be much appreciated.

8AM
1.5 scoops of whey (36g protein)
4 Weetabix or Oatabix with semi skimmed milk (some almonds and raisins chucked in also)

11AM
1 Large Chicken Breast and source of carbs (rice or pasta or bread (all brown))

2PM
Salmon and mixed vegetables and source of carbs (rice or pasta or bread (all brown)

4.30-5PM
1 can of tuna and pasta

Pre Workout – Banana
6PM or 7PM TRAIN
Post Workout – 2 scoops whey and 1.5 scoops dextrose

8.30PM
Either some beef or some chicken and a source of carbs

11PM
1.5 scoops of slow digesting protein (casein)

How does it look? I don’t really measure portion sizes but I make sure they are fair sizes (I try to get at least 30g protein per meal).
