diet can be found here -http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/m_2511832/mpage_1/key_/tm.htm#2511832

diet was modified when fatloss began to slow. Atleast 1 session of HIIT a week aswell as 3-4 40min sessions of unfueled sscv aweek.
Made sure i stuck to the diet 6 days a week and on a sunday a higher carb day with a cheat meal

Thanks m8, i've used a modest 60mg of var ed for the last 10 weeks, helped me maintain strenght. used eca stack aswell as two weeks of clen (which i didnt rate).

Still got another 2/3 weeks of cutting left hopefully could make a noticable difference

Outstanding mate

Like the diet too. Will pinch one or two ideas from it.

Did you eat the same thing for 6 days out of 7?

Nice progress mate.

Loving the thin waist.

How much longer do you plan to cut for?

Also do you train for sporting purposes?

Only really gonna cut for another 3 weeks (until pct) as its starting to take it toll on me mentally and physically. But hey after pct and alittle break i may carry on cutting. Dont really train for sport just like bodybuilding

Slighty lowered cho's levels and protein. For instance i took out the oatcakes out of the 10am meal, and further down the line i lowered cho's in my ppwo meal. But the best thing i found was to up cardio duration and amount and used that as adjustment to the cut .

well done mate, you don't look like you have lost "weight" if you know what I mean

Awesome mate really awesome!
I think last time i looked at one of your posts was you SD log a while back, therefore I'm interested in your shaper. Good chest mate! I'm toying with an SD or epi cylye in a couple of months aftwer holiday when i conitue bulking again after my hols.
I see you didnt rate clen - thats what I'm wanting to use for my 6week mini cut.

All the best

cheers m8. I would go with an epi cycle as SD gave me terrible sides! For me i rated eph's over clen as i found them more useful on my cut in terms of energy boost before the gym and apeptite suppression. Clen didnt seem to do much, gave me a headache every day i tapered up the dose! i took 160mcg and didnt notice much apart from some handshakes .
