yes there is an upper end, but I don't know what it is for girls

if you've stuck with that routine for so long and not gained anything on your arms its a sign it aint working.

Clen is hard to take too much - after about 120mcg you get terrible headaches and cramping. T3 is harder to tell if too much is been taken beyond the fact you again can get headaches, can feel warm and tired amongst other things. Steroids are usually used to support T3 as its catabolic and will eat muscle and fat equally. However if she's not bothered by muscle loss, she'll lose loads of weight, and quickly.
