Correct Fat Loss Supplements?
-
11 June 2008 20:41
Hi, I apologise if i am posting this in the wrong forum but here it goes. I am currently looking to get rid of a bit of body fat before my hols in 8 weeks. I have a good diet and i go to the gym om average 5-6 times a week and do cardio on a daily basis, my general body fat size is good i just have some stubborn love handles that are refusing to budge. I currently use MP Max Whey protein and Creatine Tabs, is there anything i can do just to give my love handles a helpful push away? I was told before IBE X-lean would help, but does this have any side effects? and can it be combined with the protein and creatine? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

best thing to do is be super strict with diet and cut out a few more calls and just stick to it mate fat loss sups dont aid that much, but if you did use one still tightn the diet abit more and you will get good results

A decent fatburner with some appetite suppression would be good - increases metabolic rate and reduces your desire to snack, which is pretty high if you're office based. Grenade is probably the most hardcore (or any other ECA equivalent), if you don't want to use something ephedra based however it'd be worth looking at BSN Atro-Phex, ALRI Venom Hyperdrive, some other good ones out there too. You could even try something that's just pure appetite suppression - e.g. hoodia. In terms of X Lean, you'd be best off asking in the pro-hormones forum since that's more about cortisol control. It get's good reviews, so may be useful in combination with a fat burner. Personally I've always found oestrogen suppressants teamed with fatburners to be a good little stack, so long as you're not on it too long.
